Kurt Barlow was the stuff of nightmares, as was Ralphie Glick tapping on Danny's window! The 1979 adaptation is good for what it was, but the book is damn good, and one of King's best works!

Bram Stoker wrote vampires with much more demonic demeanor and now tied to religious aspects but a great movie and I do love it!

Mina & Nemo are my favorites. Mina for the obvious reasons mentioned, but Nemo had all the resources + combat skills to also do the heavy lifting of the group. I really enjoyed his combat scenes because there was no wire fuckery that's so common in many other western, action movies of the time. His combat double made everything look effortless, which is what I expect of martial arts characters (which is why the Matrix & others fall so flat in that area, IMO.)

Biblical & atheist timelines are very different. WoD used the Biblical timescale so Caine would be around 6,000 years old. Drake would be younger than Caine as well. Most of these commonly used ancient societies are brand new compared to the oldest dates of human societies & sub-species that are around 10,000-315,000+ years old.

I really enjoy this movie, and re watch it occasionally. wish the sequel would have happened. As far as "strongest", and "favorite", I vote Captain Nemo, because his inventions and innovations will live on and be built upon by other people, While the specialness of the other League members is only for themselves, and passes with them.

Jokes aside, that sax player is not the reason this movie is popular, but he's definitely badass enough that you could almost buy it!

Therefore he has perfect control over his appearance and can even make bones larger and smaller depending on his needs.

Vlad couldn't save his wife because he was losing some of his powers as the sun was rising on the 3rd day. You can see how long it took for the bats to return to Vlad after the fall.

30:20 I don't think the horn/sky-trumpet is any 'random foreboding noise' (haven't seen the movie before though) but rather, wouldn't it be the "Horn of Gabriel" as commonly referred to within the Bible Scriptures? And if it is, that was a very intense representation of Gabriel's Horn; nothing like one would imagine when having read from the good book. Very intimidating.
